Is PDEA allowing their employee's spouses to use a calling card indicating that they are a memeber or employee of the said agency and are they (PDEA) giving away extra t-shirts or a lot of t-shirts and shorts to their employees because I know a PDEA employee that gives away PDEA t-shirts and shorts in our area in fact I also got a shirt from her. I just wonder where did she got those. I know that she's an employee of PDEA but where did she get all of those shirt and shorts that she can still manage to give away some to her relatives and friends. The PDEA employee name is IMELDA QUINAGON-RAMOS. This employee is so very mayabang and is using his affiliation with PDEA to become hari-harian in our area in PEMBO MAKATI. Please have somebody at PDEA look at this person because she's really a disgrace to the good name of PDEA...
